Our thinker

Myla took two full feedings today - one from the nurse this morning and one from mom tonight. And she took almost half of one from dad in the afternoon. She's pretty good at pacing herself and does very well eating. The doctor called her a star. She is doing everything that they want and expect her to do and she's doing them well. She was weighed again on the big girl scale tonight and came in at 4 pounds 4.9 ounces. (See, I knew that bed scale was wrong last night.) Its fun to have the nurses that have been with her since the beginning peek over and marvel at how big she is. One of them made her a "I TRIPLED my birth weight" sign with a caterpillar and prints of Myla's toes for the rocks. Its so cute! Another nurse said that babies don't usually triple their birth weight until six months, and here she is only two! She really has filled out and is looking more and more like a little baby. A very beautiful one!
