Myla's nurse practitioner for today said that she was on her way home. Myla just needs to eat all her feedings from a bottle and she can go home. That's great news! Now we just have to help work with her so she can get there when she's ready. Well she probly has to still work on maintaining her temperature and little things like that too. Myla was so sleepy again this morning, we just held her and she slept, but we still enjoy it a lot. Tonight she measured in at 16 1/8" long and weighed in at 3 lbs 13 oz. Still gaining at least one ounce a day, sometimes 2 and she still looks and feels so little. Kara said she slept the whole time tonight too, minus a 2 minute looky-loo session after her ear got tickled by the nurse. She's so funny.
Her smiles are darling, and she really shows them when we hold her. We can't wait to have her home for longer bonding times and just love her all the time. Sigh...
