The wonderful gal that watches Myla for us took this video and gave it to me for mother's day. Its taken me a while to figure out how to share it on here, but I did and here it is!

Family Fun

Myla's great grandparents came to visit this weekend and so we've been doing a lot of family time. (Here she is feeling the tall-vibe on Uncle Scott's shoulders.) She's been extra cute - making it hard for them to leave I'm sure. They keep remarking on how big she is and how its hard to imagine that she's the same baby. We think that sometimes too - she's grown so much! But all we have to do is look at the pictures we have an it all comes right back.

Still haven't heard on the oxygen test. The doctor's office has faxed in the order for it twice but the oxygen people have yet to call us. We're a little anxious to see how it goes. And we would like to do it before we go to Glenwood Springs for the March for Babies next weekend. Still, we know better than to push her.

She's a master now at rolling from her tummy to her back and is so close to going the other way. She gets her foot under her and the top half rolls, she just can't get the bottom half to follow. Any day though I'm sure and she'll all of a sudden do it and go "how did that happen?"

Oh those baby blues...

Myla had another check in with the eye doctor this morning. Ok, are you sitting down for this? Her eyes are perfect! The ROP is gone! Happy dance!! The right eye is 100% and the left eye is 99%, with just a little scar tissue left. The doctor said that her eyes look great, she can fix and focus with both eyes and they don't want to see us for three months. Yippee!! Today is cold and rainy and Myla's got the right idea - she's snuggled up in her bed for a little nap. I'm so glad we don't have to do the ROP tests anymore. They are so hard to watch and they just wipe her out. Plus, I imagine it hurts...

We had a great mother's day together - went to church and had brunch with the family and then spent the afternoon playing together. Myla was so sweet in her little yellow dress and was very good to me. I am so thankful for the blessing that she is and the joy that she brings into our lives.

One more oxygen test coming up. Here's hoping!
